Most webinars look like a call. Yours can look like a show.
Registration, reminders, a live broadcast with your branding and your offer on screen, and the replay on the same page. One product instead of a webinar tool, a video tool and an email tool.
Free during the beta. Nothing metered: no attendee bands, no per-seat surprises.
The program stage carrying a lower-third, a social handle and a ticker in the host’s own brand colours.
The sign-up page is part of the product, not a separate purchase
Give the session a cover image, a title and a start time, and you have a hosted registration page in your background and accent colours with your logo on it. Ask for whatever you need: name and email, or the two qualifying questions your sales team actually reads.
Registrations land in one list you can export as CSV, so the people who signed up are yours to work with, not rows locked inside somebody’s dashboard.
- Branded and hosted. Your colours, your logo, your cover, on a page that isn’t a generic form
- Custom fields. Collect the answers that decide who gets a follow-up
- CSV export. The registrant list downloads as a plain file, any time
- Paid access. Ticket the event and get paid for a seat when it’s worth charging for
Registration, the broadcast and the replay share one page and one list. Nothing has to be wired together.
The registration page with a custom field, a register button, and a note that the replay lands on this same page.
From an empty session to a replay, in one place
Every step below happens inside the same session. There is no export, import or hand-off between products.
- 1
Schedule it and open registration
Pick the date, upload a cover, choose the fields you want. You get a branded registration page and a public watch page for the session, both hosted, both shareable straight away.
- 2
Let the emails do the chasing
Registrants get a confirmation immediately, then reminders before you go on. The follow-up afterwards carries the replay link, so nobody has to be nudged manually.
- 3
Go live and produce it
Seven layouts, five overlay types, a ticker and your branding, plus call-to-action overlays that put your offer on screen and beside the player while you’re still explaining it.
- 4
Run the room
Polls, Q&A and featured comments during the show. Raise-a-hand promotes an attendee into the studio as a proper guest, on camera, in the layout.
- 5
Keep the tail
The replay publishes automatically on the same page. Attendance and watch-time tell you who came, how long they stayed and what they clicked. An evergreen re-run can play the recording as-live on a schedule.
A room you can run, not an audience you can only talk at
Polls and Q&A live in the studio itself, so you don’t end up reading questions off a phone while a slide sits frozen behind you. Anything worth showing goes on screen: lift a question out of the chat and it appears in the program as an overlay, in your branding, while it’s still relevant.
And when someone should be in the conversation rather than typing at it, raise-a-hand promotes them into the studio as a guest: camera on, name and subtitle set, laid out beside you. No second link, no separate green room to explain.
- Polls run live, with the result on screen when you want it there
- Q&A collected in the room, answered on air
- Featured comments. A chat line lifted into the program as an overlay
- Raise a hand. Promote an attendee to guest without leaving the session
- Private studio chat stays off the broadcast, for cues and “wrap it up”
The studio chat panel with an attendee question selected and shown on the program as an on-screen comment overlay.
The things a webinar is actually bought for
Production quality gets people to stay. These are the pieces that make the session worth running in the first place.
Registration pages
Branded, hosted, with the custom fields you choose and a registrant list that exports to CSV.
Email sequences
Confirmation on sign-up, reminders before you go on, and a follow-up carrying the replay, without a separate email tool in the loop.
Call-to-action overlays
Your offer on screen in the program, and clickable beside the player, at the moment in the talk where it makes sense.
Attendance analytics
Who registered, who turned up, how long they stayed and what they clicked, per session, on one screen.
Evergreen re-runs
Schedule a recorded session to play as-live, so the webinar that worked keeps running on a calendar you set.
Paid access
Ticket an event when it’s worth charging for, and let the registration page take the money.
The webinar can happen on your own website
The live session, the watch page and the replay all ride the same embed infrastructure the rest of the studio uses: one iframe on your page and the broadcast plays inside your own site, to as many viewers as show up. Elsewhere the embeddable player is the expensive tier and it comes with a viewer cap.
That changes what a webinar is. It isn’t a link out to somebody else’s branded room and back again. It’s a page you own, with your navigation around it, your pixel on it and your offer beside the player. When the session ends, the replay is simply what that page shows next.
- One iframe. The live show inside your own page, not a pop-out
- Hosted watch pages if you’d rather not touch your site, with your cover and start time
- Custom domain. Watch pages and registration on your own address
- White-label embeds. Your player, without our name on it
Your audience never leaves your domain: not to register, not to watch, not to catch the replay.
A webinar playing live inside an ordinary web page, with the site’s own navigation above the player and a call-to-action beside it.
It’s a broadcast studio that happens to have a funnel, not a meeting tool that happens to sell.
The picture is composed the same way every other show here is: seven layouts you can switch mid-sentence, five overlay types at nine positions, a ticker, your background, accent colour and logo. That’s why a FluentStage webinar reads as television and a screen-shared deck reads as a call you were invited to.
Before you schedule one
Do attendees need an account or an app?
No. They register on your page, then watch in the browser, either on your site or on a hosted watch page. Nothing to install. Only people you promote into the studio as guests use a camera and microphone at all.
How many people can attend?
Viewers on your embed aren’t metered, and we don’t sell attendee bands. There are no per-attendee charges to plan a launch around, and nothing that quietly changes what you owe because the session went well.
Can I record the webinar?
Yes, and only when you say so. Recording is always an explicit choice, opted into in the Go Live dialog. You get the composed program plus every guest’s own 1080p local master, so a highlight cut isn’t stuck with the compressed call feed.
What happens to the replay?
It publishes on the same page the live session used, so links you already shared keep working, and the follow-up email carries it. From there the recording is yours: download it, cut it, or turn it into clips.
Can I run the same webinar again without presenting it again?
Yes. An evergreen re-run schedules a recorded session to play as-live at times you choose, with the registration page and the emails working exactly as they did for the original.
Can I stream the webinar to YouTube at the same time?
Yes. The destinations are independent, so a session can go to your own site, a public watch page and any RTMP host at once. See live streaming for how that side works.
