Pricing

Free while we’re in beta. Honest after it.

We haven’t set prices yet, and we won’t sneak them in. Pricing gets published in full before anyone is asked to pay, and beta users hear it from us first.

No credit card. Invites go out weekly.

The shape of it

One studio. One price. No meter.

Recording, live production, post-production and webinars are four subscriptions everywhere else, around $80 to $100 a month across four logins. Here they’re four things the same room already does.

Private betaFree

Everything below, with no card on file. When we publish prices, it becomes one flat plan, not a grid of tiers with the good parts at the top.

Unlimited where they meter

The four things that usually turn into a bill

These are the levers the category pulls when it wants your invoice to grow. None of them is a lever here.

Recording hours

Not a meter. Record for as long as the conversation lasts, under a published fair-use policy.

Viewers and attendees

Your embed doesn’t have a viewer cap, and your bill doesn’t move when more people turn up.

Storage and retention

Your recordings don’t expire on a countdown, and they outlive your subscription.

Destinations

Streaming to four places costs exactly what streaming to one costs.

Our promises

Three things we’re willing to be held to

Every one of these exists because it’s what people complain about most in the tools we’re replacing. Billing first, lost recordings second.

01

Never lose a take

Everyone’s video is recorded on their own machine and uploaded while you’re still talking. Disconnects, crashes and closed laptops are recoverable by design, not by support ticket.

02

Honest billing

One flat price. No credits, no attendee bands, no per-hour meters, no surprise overage at the end of a good month. And cancelling actually cancels.

03

Unlimited where they meter

Recording hours, storage, destinations and viewers on your embed aren’t the things we charge you by, and your recordings don’t expire on a countdown.

Fair questions about a page with no prices on it

So what will it cost?

We haven’t set the number yet, and we’d rather say that than put a placeholder up. What we can commit to now is the shape: one flat price for the whole studio, published in full before anyone is asked to pay for anything.

What happens when the beta ends?

Beta users hear the pricing from us first, before it goes public, and nobody gets moved onto a paid plan silently. If the price doesn’t work for you, your recordings are still plain MP4 files you can download and keep.

Will my price go up later?

Not while you’re subscribed. Renewals are announced before we charge, and cancelling actually cancels in one click, without an email to support.

Is there a free plan?

The beta is free, invite-only, and has no credit card attached. What the long-term free tier looks like is part of the pricing we haven’t finished, so we won’t promise its shape yet.

What does “nothing is metered” actually mean?

No credits to top up, no per-hour recording charges, no attendee bands, no per-destination fees and no viewer caps on your embed. Where we do need a limit, the fair-use policy says so in public, rather than leaving you to discover it when something stops working.

Do my recordings disappear if I stop paying?

No. Recordings outliving the subscription is one of the three things we’re willing to be held to. There is no 15-day or 31-day delete window here.
